Greetings All Plitzs Fashion Marketing would like for you to join us for a special holiday Charlotte Fashion Meetup Group mixer at Crave Dessert Bar 500 W. 5th Street December 17th If you want to connect to the pulse of fashion here in the Queen City, this is the event to attend. Come and meet members of the Charlotte Fashion Week board of directors representing prominent business such as Uptown Magazine, Miles Interior Designs, Tequila Magazine, BSA Public Relations, Varji and Varji Salon and Spa, MAC Cosmetics, Bank of America and others dedicated to elevating fashion industry here in the city of Charlotte. This is a great networking opportunity for all those interested in the various aspects of the fashion industry. Bring your ideas, portfolios and resumes if you are interested in getting more involved. Designers, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and others with an interest in fashion are welcome to attend. We will be prescreening designers and models to be part of next years show. For those of you who missed Fashion Week in September, we will be showing video highlights from the show throughout the night. There will be drink specials, complimentary desert samples and gift bags courtesy of Carol's Daughter and Bakers Shoes for the first 50 guests in the door. Admission is FREE. RSVP is Required. Networkz2000 is hosting a casting party for it's second annual Charlotte NC Fashion Week scheduled at the Mint Museum of Art Sept 10, 11, and 12th. We are looking for runway models in addition to spokes models with good camera presence for our Face of CNCFW" Competition. Four models selected will appear on all promotional materials and will be featured in Plizs Fashion and Lifestyle Magazine, Elevate Magazine and will get to appear on Fox News Rising fashion segment. So far we have 16 designers coming from all over the region, including NYC, ATL, and DC who will show at the first Charlotte NC Fashion Week and 50+ models who have been selected to rock the 40ft runway in the symphony ballroom of the Blake Hotel. Models and designers who have not yet attended an open call but would like to still be considered, please attend. Since I'll be celebrating my birthday on the 9th, I'll be placing a special block of $20 Advance General Admission Tickets for Charlotte Fashion Week on sale for Meetup members only during the mixer so get yours now and get your outfit ready!
